How to Join

To become a member of the Society for Judgment and Decision Making, download and print the membership form, and follow the instructions therein. The form can be filled out in Adobe Acrobat or Acrobat Reader, and printed; the filled-out form can be saved in Adobe Acrobat, but not in Acrobat Reader.

Checks should be made out to Judgment/Decision Making Society
in US currency and payable through a US bank.
